Maruti Suzuki India is one of the major automaker in the country. It is a public listed company, where Suzuki, the Japanese Automobile giant, owns majority of the stakes. Maruti Suzuki in India is known for the best fuel efficient cars. The best selling car in India comes from Maruti Suzuki. Maruti Suzuki India Pvt. Ltd. is the largest automobile manufacturer in India and South Asia. So far, it has launched 14 models categorized from small to premium & luxury car section.

The latest premium car from the automobile giant is Maruti Suzuki Kizashi. It was launched in February 2011. The car comes in two variants i.e. Kizashi MT that is priced at 16.5 Lac and Kizashi CVT that is prices at 17.5 Lac. All Maruti cars comes with the fuel efficiency guarantee, so is Kizashi. It is 12.53 kmpl (CVT) and 12.45 kmpl (MT). It is powered by 2.4 L four cylinder engine available in automatic as well as manual transmission.

Prior to the launch in India, Kizashi was successfully launched in Japanese and American market and received overwhelming response. In India, the sports sedan is launched in direct competition with Toyota Carmy and Honda Accord. The exteriors of the car are stylish and exhibits sporty looks as seen in most of the Japanese cars. The sports sedan can accommodate only 5 people including driver. The most attracting feature of Kizashi is the “U” shaped upper and lower grille.

Maruti Kizashi in Japanese means “a sign of great things to come”. The interiors of the mid size sports sedan are comfortable with ample cabin space. The front row seat has armrest , enough leg space and cup-holder. The front leg space measures 1059.18 mm and rear measures 904.24 mm.
