Most effective female CEO - Indra Nooyi

PepsiCo chief Indra Nooyi is the most effective female CEO in the US, according to the New York Times business columnist and author Joe Nocera. India-born Nooyi has the key skills for any chief executive and is no different from an effective male CEO, Nocera told The Women on the Web site in an interview published Tuesday.
