The chatpata (spicy) Gajar (carrot) Gobhi (cauliflower) ka achar (pickle) is a popular specialty commonly found in North-Indian homes. Khajuraho is a town located in the State of Madhya Pradesh in India and is famous for its exquisite temples, their carvings and the architecture.
