Red Onion Chutney


4 medium Onions (chopped)
2 stems Curry Leaves
2 tsp Chili Powder
½ cup Coconut Oil
Salt (to taste)


1. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry onions and curry leaves until light brown.
2. Stir in chili powder and cook the raw smell vanishes.
3. Remove and grind into a nice paste.
4. Flavor with salt. Mix in some coconut oil to make a smooth chutney.
5. Serve with idlis.
