Here is the Authentic Chicken Pakoda Recipe:
400 grams Boneless chicken cut into 1 inch pieces
8 Green chilli
10 cloves Garlic
1 inch piece Ginger
6 tablespoons Cornflour/ corn starch
2 tablespoons Mustard oil
1 tablespoon Tamarind paste
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
1. Blend together to make a fine paste of chillies, garlic and ginger. In a bowl mix together chicken, the above paste, mustard oil, tamarind paste and salt. Set aside for an hour.
2. Heat oil in a kadhai. Deep fry the chicken pieces till crisp and golden. Remove on absorbent paper and serve hot.
