don't waste your time, don't be fool. nobody gives any single five paisa to any. then how can mr. ram gopal varma give rs. 5 lac i.e. huge amount. it is just publicity stunt. there is no information available about this contest on the website of phoonk. neither mr. ram gopal varma has officially declared about this contest nor his representive declared same. o.k. if mr. ram gopal varma announces for the contest in public, then he will be legally bind for that. i mean to say that then any person may go to cinema in his city and watch the movie phoonk alone. after watching movie alone he will be entitled to take rs. 5 lac from mr. ram gopal varma, because it is a general puropse and any one can accept it. after accepting the purpose of mr. varma, it will be an agreement and according to section 2-h of indian contract act,1872 any agreement enforcable by law is contract. the question is that is it naked contract ? no it is not naked contract, because any accepter of this challange will pay for ticket or hire/book the cinema, that will be consideration. gagan deep grover 09828562327

it wil b a weird challenge for me to participate in the contest.As the entire movie is based on the kaala jaadu i believe that black magic exists.my mobile no #919928230712 belongs to jaipur.today mr ramu sir is coming to E.P to attend the conference on phoonk contest.i would like to share one thing was the incident happened with my cousin amit in his childhood.There was a lady named aasha somewht far relative of his mother.that lady was incapable to gve birth nd had a very envious attitute towards them.she had done so many black magic experiments on my cousin viz...he got into trouble at night walking in sleepng nd had no control over his sense nd made his life hell.his parents used to caught him on the flyover 2km away frm his home nd he would said that someone would called him in sleeping.his parents got stumped nd called up their guruji lived in shirdi the next day.shirdis people has a very strong faith in the spiritual powers of guruji.Guruji came nd visited their home peacefully.when he entered,he had some feeling that some person has been doing black magic over my cousin nd simultaneously exmined the activities of my cousin.that night guruji held a pooja with his family.And apparently shocked tht he had got the image of the person who was doing black magic vigorously.before going to shirdi guruji gave my cousin some holy words to utter nd some rice like thing to eat.since then only my cousin has been living a normal life.now he is 26 yr old businessman got married nd has a cute 1yr baby.So the moral of this incredible but real story is that badness is always defeated by goodness.Have a nice day!
