The Indian two wheeler market has caught a boom now and India has become a preferred market for bike manufacturers around the world. Now all the existing players have tightened their socks to hit the best they can, whereas various new players too has joined the league. Everyone is trying to provide the best they can to attract new customers and survive against all the competitors. With the various new launches in 2012, the upcoming bikes in India will surely be more comfortable, powerful, and equipped with latest features and specifications. The upcoming bikes in India are going to include some of the latest bikes, and may range between thousands to some lacs rupees. Read on to find the upcoming bikes in India in 2012.

Upcoming Bikes in India 2012 Tvs Rockz
TVS, one of India’s two wheeler manufacturer is planning to launch a very classy and stylish moped in the 125 cc segment named TVS Rockz which would soon be seen on Indian roads. Tvs Rockz is elegantly designed to target young crowd of India. Expected launched date is Mar-2012 and estimated price will be Rs 50,000.

Tvs Velocity
TVS, one of the major two wheeler manufacturer of the country is yet to launch its advanced new model Tvs Velocity 160. The company is most trusted with its quality products in the market. The brand new bike will have engine capacity of 159.7 cc displacement that is sure to generate great power and torque. Expected launch date is Jun-2012 and estimated price is Rs 80,000.

Honda Cbr600rr
Honda CBR600RR is one of the most successful racing machines in middleweight section across world. Initially it was not equipped with all the racing things but now it has everything. Comfort and performance are well taken care of in the Honda CBR600RR. The bike is expected to launch in June-2012 and estimated price is Rs 600,000. This is one of the much awaited upcoming bike in India in the year 2012.

Ktm Rc8
The brand new KTM RC8 1190 is soon going to hit the Indian market with its macho look. Equipped with latest and enhanced features, Ktm Rc8 is the best of its kind. Expected launching date is June-2012 and the company is expecting inflated sales attracting huge number of bike enthusiasts. The aerodynamic body graphics of the sporty model is sure to enhance its speed and the sound braking system ensures greater control with the bike. Estimated price is Rs 1,600,000.

Honda Cbr
Honda with the classic entry is soon going to grab major market share of two-wheeler in its segment in India. It has already launched its most popular CBR bike series in India. Now it is going to enter in entry-level sports segment with the launch of Honda CBR 250R and Honda CBR 150R. The new CBR series bikes (250cc and 150cc) have affordable price tag in the market which is around Rs 100,000 and advanced booking has started with the payment of Rs 5000 only. Expected launching date will be Jul-2012.

Royal Enfield Fury
Royal Enfield, an historical name in the field of adventurous bikes is soon to hit the Indian markets with brand new Royal Enfield Fury 500. Expected launch date to be in Dec-2012 the price tag of the model would be Rs 100,000. The bike is equipped with high technological features along with outstanding looks.

Ducati Diavel
Ducati, the most prominent name in the adventurous bike world, is again to hit the Indian roads with Ducati Diavel. The bike's first discloser took place at Milan, the international bike show. The company is to provide its new bike with elegant and sophisticated looks along with latest technologies. The new cruiser bike from the company is to possess monstrous looks with aerodynamic graphics. The name of the new cruiser originates from the word ‘devil’, of which the pronunciation is kept as “Dee-ah-vel”, that means “Evil, like the Devil”. The bike awaits its launch in the month if January 2012 with an estimated price tag of Rs 2,700,000.

Ktm Duke
Bajaj Auto, India’s largest 2 Wheeler makers and Australian bike maker KTM are coming together to launch to its premium segment bike for the Indian customers. They also have plans to launch the model in various other countries too. Bajaj KTM is expected to produce power bikes with 125cc to 250 cc engines. The estimated price tag will be Rs 1,000,000.

Hero Honda Diesel
Hero Honda is planning to introduce a 400cc Diesel bike in India. The bike is expected to be available within Jan-2012 in the Indian market. The bike will be very attractive like other bikes and the price is expected to be RS. 1, 50,000 and it may vary depending upon the demand. The bike is surely going to do a better job and make the ride more comfortable. It will be equipped with series of latest features and specifications.

BMW F800GS and R1200RT
The 2012 line up form BMW shows that there could be quite a few updates next year, while the brand could bring some important surprises at the EICMA this November.The 2012 F800GS will now be available in a white and blue paint scheme, hand guards and a bash plate. he R1200RT will also be available in new colors in 2012. It will be available in three different colour options that include Midnight Blue, Light Beige/ Magnesium and Fluid Grey.
