Sincerely i must say these are top colleges in India but IIT is the biggest amongst all. As per my knowledge IIT Kanpur was ranked top as getting a transfer to Kanpur was most difficult for me (Delhi was quite easier). Moreover, next step is IIM which will become easy as Govt. has decided to open 7 more IIM centers which is great!
