India, the land of diversities, is a peninsula dotted with various pristine and exotic beaches. The extensive coasline of Indian mainland measures 6100 km. Whereas, length of  Indian coastline including the coastlines of Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshwadweep Islandsis 7517 km. Coastline of Indian mainland is surrounded by Arabian Sea in the west, Bay of Bengal in the east, and Indian Ocean in the south. The beaches of India have different colors like electric blue, turquoise, emerald green, gray and white.The beach holiday in India is one of the best holiday experience you can have.

  • Bangaram Beach, Lakshadweep - Bangaram beach of Lakshadweep is listed in world's ten topmost secret beaches. Sun kissed white sand, swaying palms, aqua marine water, coral reefs and turquoise blue lagoons makes you feel as if you are in paradise. Travelers can fly to Agatti airport from Cochin and thereafter travel another 90 minutes by boat to Bangaram. In monsoon time tourists are transferred from the airport by helicopters.
  • Candolim Beach, Goa - It is one of the best and most beautiful beaches of Goa. Popular among the tourist who have already visited the beach but not yet crowded. the beach is clean and is not that frequented by local visitors and vendors. Located in North Goa, Candolim Beach is 10 kilometers from Mapusa and 13 kilometers from Panaji. The closest railway station is Thivim.
  • Cherai Beach, Kerala - Located in Vypin island of Kochi, Kerala, Cherai Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in southern India. The 15 km long beach is clean, picturesque and studded with seashells of various hues and shapes. The main attraction of this beach is a large lake forming a part of Kerala backwaters which is separated from the ocean by only a narrow sandbar. Cherai Beach is just 25 km from Kochi and 30 km from Cochin International Airport.
  • Karaikal Beach, Pondicherry - Majority of the Pondicherry beaches are impressive in terms of the picturesque scenic beauty. Clear and bright sand, impressive seclusion. clam water catches your attention. The near by resorts and cottages a soothing view of the great ocean. The nearest airport to the beach is Trichy (Trichirapalli), the nearest Railway Station is at Nagore and regular buses ply from Pondicherry.
  • Kovalam Beach, Kerala - Kovalam is one of the top rated beaches of India and most popular in Kerala. Though Kerala is not a prime beach destnation in India, but it still has some of the best beaches of India. The main attractions of Kovalam beach are coconut groves and the rocky promontories. The crescent-shaped beaches of Kovalam can be divided in three sections namely Lighthouse beach (southernmost beach), Hawa beach (the middle beach) and Samudra beach (the northern most beach). Thiruvananthapuram international airport is a nearest airport to Kovalam. Tourist can also access to Kovalam by bus that ply regularly from Thiruvananthapuram.
  • Nagoa Beach, Diu - The shoe shaped stretch of sand, Nagao Beach, is located at 20 kms away from Diu. It is one of the most beautiful beaches of India. It is very secluded and peaceful with shady palm trees at the shore of the cool crystal serene waters of the Arabian Sea.
  • Radhanagar Beach, Andaman and Nicobar Islands - The Andaman and Nicobar Islands located about 900 kms away from the mainland India in the bay of Bengal are the picturesque and most beautiful places to visit in India. This group of Islands is home to various marine species and coral. Radha Nagar beach is the beach no. 7 in Andaman and Nicobar. The beach is among the undiscovered and secret beaches of India which are untouched by modernism, commercialism and mass tourism. Various domestic airlines ply from Calcutta & Chennai to Port Blair. From Port Blair to Havelock you can board a ferry that run twice a day.
  • Tarkarli Beach, Maharashtra - Situated 6 kms south of Malvan and 546 kms away from Mumbai on the west coast of Maharashtra is Tarkarli. The major attractions include narrow stretch beaches and crystal clear water. You can see 20 feet under water, its very clear and a bit blue in color. The nearby attractions include forts namely Singhudurg and Padmagarh which are one of Maharashtra's popular forts. The food is excellent here. You can have authentic konkani fish gravy with various other sea food options.
  • Ullal Beach, Mangalore - Ullal is one of the most beautiful beaches of Karnataka. Ullal is one of the oldest towns of India. Ullal is a tiny fishing village perched on the southern sand pit of Mangalore. Ullal beach is located just 12 km from Mangalore on the banks of river Nethravathi. It is the favorite picnic spot for local people in Mangalore.
  • Vagator Beach, Goa -
    The white sand Vagator beach of Goa is a hot favorite beach for people coming to Goa from all parts of the world. During peak season one can enjoy attractive nightlife here. A little south of the Vagator beach you'll find Ozran beach with a fresh water pool and is quieter than Vagator beach. Dabolim airport is the nearest airport, which is 29 kilometers away from Panaji. Vagator is 22 kilometers from Panaji.
