Rumour Mill: Saif and Kareena headed towards a Split??

Saif and Kareena Rumoured Backstage Row at the IIFA

According to reports in the media, Saif Ali Khan visited Kareena Kapoor at the IIFA awards, but rushed out of Bangkok due to a fight over a revealing costume Kareena wore during her stage performance. Saif Ali Khan’s over-protectiveness of girlfriend Kareena Kapoor has is said have resulted in a major tiff between the two during the IIFA main event in Bangkok over the weekend.

Sources say it all started when Saif saw Kareena in revealing outfit, which was meant for her performance at the IIFA awards function in Bangkok. A fan of the couple overheard Saif complaining about her outfit inside the van. He didn't want her to wear revealing cloth for the performance. Kareena kept on pacifying Saif asking him not to make an issue of it. Kareena tried to explain her point of view but he was clearly disappointed. Then Saif and Babita Kapoor stormed out of the van and head straight for the event. Then the couple returned to the van after the performance. It is said that Saif left the vicinity in his car, not listening to Kareena's plea to stay back.

What Fuels rumours more was to start with, the duo did not hit Bangkok together, Saif couldn’t be spotted in the audience when Kareena performed on stage, he was not there to cheer his lady when she received the Best Actress Award and Bebo didn’t find him important enough for even a mention in her acknowledgment speech. Instead she said (mark it guys!), “I want to thank three most important people for this award- director Imtiaz Ali, producer Ashtavinayak and…. the most important person, my co-star Shahid Kapoor.”

The buzz is that there has been a lot of discord in the Saif-Kareena relationship for a while now. The problems are more from Saif‘s side. Saif‘s extremely possessive nature is driving her up the wall. She hates it when he restricts her and objects to a lot of things she does.

So Are the lovebirds really headed for Spiltsville??...Only time will tell.
