Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, Private Limited was founded in the year 1999 and is a fully owned Indian subsidiary of Honda Motor Company, Limited, Japan. Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, Private Limited was the fourth Honda automotive venture in India, after Hero Honda, Kinetic Honda and Honda Siel Cars India. The entry of Honda into the Indian market as HMSI began with the launch of the Honda Activa, a 100 cc scooter. Other products sold in India are Aviator, Dio, Shina, Unicorn, CBF Stunner, CB1000R & CBR1000RR.

Honda CB Shine : The new Honda CB Shine in equipped with a newly developed 125cc ’Optimax’ engine.
