Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, Private Limited was founded in the year 1999 and is a fully owned Indian subsidiary of Honda Motor Company, Limited, Japan. Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, Private Limited was the fourth Honda automotive venture in India, after Hero Honda, Kinetic Honda and Honda Siel Cars India. The entry of Honda into the Indian market as HMSI began with the launch of the Honda Activa, a 100 cc scooter. Honda CB Shine : The new Honda CB Shine in equipped with a newly developed 125cc ’Optimax’ engine. Honda CBR1000RR : The all- new CBR1000RR Fireblade vividly brings to life searing performance, omniscient control and a thrilling beauty and simplicity of form that sets hearts and minds racing. The macho and dynamic CBR 1000 RR is available only in Delhi and Maharashtra. The ex-showroom price in Mumbai for CBR1000RR is Rs. 13,35,599 and the on-road price may exceed till Rs. 14,69,913 (excluding optional items like - Accessories, Extended warranty, AMC etc.)

Honda CBF Stunner PGM-FI : Stunner upgraded to a PGM-FI engine that reaches a top speeds of 100 km/hr. Bank Angle Sensor automatically switches off the ignition & fuel supply when bike tilts over a certain angle. The engine is preloaded with an auto save function that gives 65km/l.
