• Annie Dumped this week
  Ouch!! that must have hurt Vishal. On Saturday 7 pm, when I sat to watch MTV Splitsvilla, it seemed to be just like any other Splitsvilla show. Well, predictability is not really the second name of this show. Watching the the petite and also potential love interest of Vishal being 'unceremoniously' dumped this week is what can be described as an unexpected turn of events. Splitsvilla is now becoming more and more difficult for the girls to keep up their good-n-friendly nature and show their true colors. Each one is gradually warming up to the fact that, it is not all fun and games on this Show.
  
  From the very glam and sensuous looking bath tub task to the date on the yacht, to the bickering, gossips, politics to envious glances, flying tempers to planning and strategy building in front of the camera and behind it. In all which looks like a lot many unanswered questions, the show is turning into something more that what looks simply looks like a video from the Indian version of MTV Grind(remember the late night shows on MTV long before it turned purely desi.)
  
  So read on as I list the various events that finally led to the the elimination of Annie Krislinzki.

• 'Not the Early birds types '

• There was a big commotion as the sleepy heads came to know about the news that this time the girl to leave Splitsvilla would be selected by the girls themselves. The girls started discussing about how this is not at all fair and how they could not betray their friends.
  
  Then they got a note asking the girls to come in their swimming costumes to the beach where the guys - Vishal and Varun were waiting for them. The girls were overjoyed 'coz the name 'beach' and 'boys' does have a certain excitement to it, doesn't it? So, the girls went to their rooms to get ready. I couldn't stop laughing to see Annie putting on make-up? Have to give the girl some credit for trying to look her best even in the midst of sand and water.
  
  Girls play it hard
  So the girls lined up and Ranvijay announced the new task. There was a tub filled with soap water. The girls had to find some small hearts that were put in the water. The first 3 girls who would find the heart would get a chance to date with the guys(hmmm, now that is the new twist). So the girls got into their swimming suits and jumped right in to find the hearts.
  
  Ritu was the first one to find the heart,(when she stepped into the tub, she felt the heart piece beneath her toes. So then started the frantic search for the heart pieces. All the girls were trampling over each other. Some of them stood their ground and kept searching, while some others could not take the rolling, the slipping and being pushed over, so they exited without too much effort.
  
  Hearts Seekers
  
  The girls who won the challenge were - Ritu, Bosky and Annie. Whereas the girls in the 'Dumping Zone' were Shraddha, Anubha, Prianca, Heena, Hannah and Yamini. Out of which, Prianca, Anubha and Shraddha became safe. After the results, all the girls went back to their rooms. As a reward for winning the task, the girls got a chance to call up the guys for a talk. Annie called up Vishal and spoke for a while, while they both turned red and shy.(Wonder how much they could have spoken in front of the camera. A tiny hint of this show being staged seems to arise.)
  
  The Date
  The next day the 3 winners got ready to go for the date. They were taken near a river side, where they saw the boys coming towards them in a yacht. Annie seemed to be the lucky one as this was the third time she was dating with both the guys. She also took extra efforts to make heart shaped cards for both the boys. Ritu was very happy to be on this date as she hadn't yet got a chance to open with the guys. The date seemed to go well without any controversies.

• The Games girls play

• When the girls were on the yacht enjoying the date, the remaining back at splitsvilla got the news that they had to vote out one of the girls in the Dumping Zone. So when the 3 girls returned, the discussions already started as to who is going to vote out against whom.
  
  Group isms, allegations, schemes to kick off the weakest link and much more started off. And yes, Bosky does seem to have a major hand in what is being decided in the villa. Because the girls seem to buzz around each and every thing she says. Then the girls in the Dumping zone started going around convincing the others not to vote them out.
  
  
  At one end, Prianca and Hannah were seen discussing as to how to prevent the rest from voting Hannah out. On the other end, Annie, Yamini and Shrusti were seen discussing about how Boski is planning to oust Yamini out. Annie also goes to say that though in front of the cameras, Bosky said that whoever gets the majority votes will be dumped, she did make a plan to eliminate Yamini.
  Annie also convinces Yamini that she would not vote her out.
  
  
  The Votes for Dumping
  Well, it looked like the typical dumping, but because I saw the trailers where Raghu comes in the show, I knew there was going to be some new twist to the patterns of the show. And so it began. The girls in the Dumping Zone were made to stand at one end and the remaining girls were passed chits to write the name of the girl they wanted to vote out. Till then it was all simple.
  Then steps in Raghu(who by the way really is trying too hard to create the effect of 'Bad Man' from Roadies 4, Gulshan Grover). He tried that on Roadies 5.0 with his standard slow-motion march upto Ranvijay and some drum beating music playing in the background. Then Ranvijay and Raghu half-hug each other as if they haven't met for days on end. After all that sham, Raghu askes each of the girls to call out the names of the people they want out. Till then the show did make sense. But here onwards, it looked entirely staged.
  
  Was Annie's Vote-out staged?
  Raghu one by one asked each girl whom they voted out. Most of them said Yamini for various reasons. However, before it was Annie's turn, he asked the girls in the Dumping Zone to call out names of people they were sure would not vote them out. All the girls called out names of people who didn't vote them out. Even Yamini called out Annie's as one of the people who she thought didn't vote her out.
  
  Right after that Raghu asked Annie to read out whom she voted. And the name was Yamini. After that he did not ask the rest to read out whom they voted out, which seemed really strange. Then started the whole talk by Raghu, as if he had seen this before hand. He started saying about how 'trust' is the most important thing in a relationship and how Annie had broken that trust. So Annie was the one to go instead of Yamini who got most of the votes.
  
  Bosky Vs. Annie
  Well, if it can be said so, Annie could not believe that she was going back home. Evryone looked stunned at the turn of events. She then went on to say how Bosky was the mastermind behind all the votes having Yamini's name and how she controls all the proceedings at Splitsvilla. (Well, eh, Annie you voted out Yamini , too..)But Annie said a lot more things which gives an idea of how politics and its dirty games have started in Splitvilla.
  
  Raghu - The Tables have been turned
  After the dramatic exit of Annie, Ranvijay asked the guys what was their opinion about the whole elimination. Vishal seemed genuinely grateful to Raghu for the whole proces, because this way he came to know more about most of the girl's characters. Varun just tried to act too smart, trying to play 'Im-too-cool-dude' attitude and warning the girls that they had an upper-hand.
  
  Raghu smoothly broke the boys' bubble by announcing that instead of 2 girls being winners, it's going to be just one girl. And this girl, the winner would get to decide among the 2 guys. Thus, dumping the other guy. This has really shaken up the guys. Now they will have to play their cards very careful, since they are now competing with each other also.
  
  And people, don't worry, I'm guessing, Annie is going to come back and so is Hoorzan.

  dis is very gud dat annie go out.I cant understand y she voted against yamini , when she make her very sure dat she wouldn't vote against her.She trying 2 be very innocent even dat was not//

  I hate Bosky. It is clear now that she is a conspiratory. Her body language and her facial experessions very clearly reveal the truth about her. I feel Annie was made a scapegoat and of course Anubha was not smart and active at all to stay back in Splitsvilla. Kudos Prianca for that outburst. You did good to reveal the dirt Bosky is in.

  ANNIE WENT OUT THT WAS OKAY. SHRADDHA WAS HER GOOD FREN AND SHE KNEW THAT SHRADDHA IS INTO VISHAL STILL SHE WENT GAGA OVER VARUN . I KNOW IT MUST HAV BEEN IRRESISITIBLE FR HER TO STOP HERSELF BUT STILL I LIKE SHRADDHA AND YAMINI AS WELL AND I REALLY HATE THT CHEEKY FELLOW VARUN.   gaga over vishal not varun sorry ma mistake. and she was dancing fr varun ,.i pity hannah as she was talking to tht varun . vishal seems quite sensible but still gals do not forget all men are dogs.vishal and shraddha look good.

  this show rocks but i think varun is a bad choice....he acts very smart but that makes him look all the more stupid,vishal looks much sensible and dependable type...oh yes i watch this show for another reason that is rannvijay....i just love him

  i think varun is not that smart for whom girls should fight for but vishal is v smart n cool n i watch this for Ranvijay too yamini is v sweet n is a deserving contestant n shraddha too n bosky should be DUMPED
