Drooooooool!! I just love Kerala Cuisine...the use of whole spices in the cooking lends a real subtle but wholesome flavour to the food, unlike the rest of India where ground spices are used more. The Sea food is always so fresh..it's a joy to eat. Fish Molee is my fav...the coconut milk lends a slight sweetness to the dish in contrast to the chillies, I like to add some small pieces of cinnamon right in the beginning before sauteing the onions. It's best had with Ghee rice.
