Chevrolet – The Company is not new to India and Indians. It was in the year 1928 when Chevrolet came to India. The very first Chevrolet office was set up in Mumbai with an assembly plant in Sewree.   • Chevrolet Optra SRV –
Formerly it was sold as Chevrolet SRV. But later in 2007 when General Motors India came up with diesel engine Optra and was called the Optra Magnum. Magnum was totally a new car with a new design (more like sedan instead of hatchback). It was launched with a tag line “Powered to take over the road”. The new Optra Magnum has stylish almond shaped head lamps, dual post Chevrolet grill with iconic boot eye, chrome grip door handles, outside mirror with turning indicators and stylish alloy wheels.
