Facilities and Service
Strength Training
This section is loaded with the upgrade VR and VR2 machines from Cybex, Precor Icarian, and Nautilus USA, which are known to isolate muscles more specialized training. The location of the strength training machines is well thought and is in such an area that all members of the gym feel the vigor and vitality of the place, and are motivated to work out.

The Free Weight Training
The Free Weight area is well planned and is located in a separate location, which has a tough ambience for serious bodybuilders. It has It has plate-loaded machines where plates, dumbbells and barbells are from Jade and Ivanko, USA. The dumbbells are upto 140 pounds.

Personal Training
Personal training is provided by certified trainers and are available to guide the members through specialized programs. Personal trainers help in to motivate, guide and make sure that the members stick to their exercise regimen. The trainers go through updated training programs and are guided by visiting Gold Gym’s trainers.

Cardio
The Cardio Vascular area has world class art machines comprising of Treadmills, Recumbent Bikes, Elliptical machines, Arc Trainers & Rowers from StarTrac and Cybex, USA. The machines are stunning, sleek and most importantly very user friendly. The machines are installed with TV’s to give the exerciser view of local channels for entertainment.

Group Exercise/Aerobics
Group exercises are incorporated with dance and aerobics- working out on the beats of Hollywood and Bollywood music. It helps in to increases flexibility, balance, strength and stamina. It also helps in to Improves muscle co-ordination and add grace in movement and posture. Spinning Studio
