What it means to celebrate the teacher day in present scenario where the teacher do not want to see the student and student do not want to see the teacher as the same. Tulsidas the composer of Shri Ram Charit Manas has said that "Guru Sikha Badhir Andha ka Lekha, Ek na sunahi ek nahi dekha. This is the present situation in the Indian Universities. Where teachers are chatting in their staff room with tea, and do not interested to encourage to student for learning process.
