Chhole Bhature - A Tangy and Tasty North Indian Delight

I guess everybody knows what Choole Bhature is (at least everybody in India Knows about Chhole Bhature). Well, if you don’t know then here is a brief introduction to “What is Chhole Bhature” followed by the recipe. Choley Bhature is a popular North Indian fast food. The dish seems to be originated in the state of Punjab and is known throughout the country for its delicious tangy taste. The dish actually can’t be categories under one category. It falls under Indian Fast food, Street Food, complete Food, Breakfast item etc.. The dish is usually accompanied by chilled lassi / Chhas / raita, Pickle, onion salad and mint chutney.
Chhole is the Spicy chickpea curry and Bhature is the deep fried bread made of maida. Chhole Bhature is an absolutely decadent treat that is a must-try if you visit India. It is one of the specialties and a good representative of Indian Cuisine.
