'The Unforgettable Tour' of the Bachchans

What is the Tour about

The tour, a first of its kind, is being touted as the biggest to ever be. It is going to be a huge show showcasing the Magic that is Indian Cinema. A lot of song- and-dance routines have been planned.

The famous Bachchan trio song of 'Kajra Re' from Bunty aur Babli is also being practiced. This was the first song where the father, son and daughter-in-law came together on screen.

However, it was before the much publicized marriage of Abhishek and Aishwarya who have completed one year of their marriage in April this year.

The leading stars who are part of the Tour
Lot of Bollywood stars have been asked by th Bachchans to join this tour. So along with Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai, the other stars are Akshay Kumar, Preity Zinta, Saif Ali Khan and Riteish Deshmukh.

The other stars that were part of the bandwagon were Lara Dutta and Bipasha Basu who have pulled out from the show. Madhuri Dixit, the dancing icon and star of Bollywood will be joining the tour as a celebrity guest only is selected cities. Madhuri and Aishwarya's 'Dhola Re' memory is going to be relived in this tour.

There has also been speculation about whether Kareena Kapoor has been asked to be part of the tour. News about Saif Ali Khan and Shahid Kapur being part of the tour is also out.

Wonder whether Kareena is going to say yes to this unforgettable tour, what with there being some problems with the Bachchan family in the past and also because of Shahid. Sources also say that Kareena has decided to join Shahrukh Khan's tour, 'Temptation Reloaded'. We can only wait and watch.

The Tour to be held in 10 cities around the world.

The unforgettable tour has been scheduled to perform around 10 exotic cities around the world. It will start at Toronto, a city that has always received Bollywood extravaganzas, shows and movies wholeheartedly. The city also seems to be the favorite for the Bachchans. So starting from there the tour will take the members to Los Angeles, San Francisco, Trinidad & Tobago, Houston, Atlantic City, New York, Vancouver, London and Amsterdam.

The show is being choreographed by India’s ace choreographer, Shiamak Davar, while music will be provided by music director duo, Vishal and Shekhar.

Competition with 'Temptation Reloaded'
The Bachchan and Sharukh Khan rivalry is a well-known fact to everyone. Now one can only wait and watch as to whether this tour is going to be truly 'Unforgettable' for the Bachchans as well as their fans. The 2005 'Temptation' tour by Shahrukh was a big success. And as King Khan prepares for his second tour, the Bachchans tour will have to live up to many expectations and competition.
